The Smart Cities India 2023 International Tech & Infra Expo, to take place in New Delhi (India) from March 27 to 29th, will feature the services and products by 12 Russian companies.

Russian booths will feature solutions and products by manufacturing companies, IT developers, as well as scientific and production organizations.

Innovative packaging for safe transportation, materials and products used in construction and chemical industries, vending terminals and validators for public transport, digital city lighting management and traffic control tools, as well as other products, will be showcased by the participants of the Made In Russia display.

On top of that, companies will meet with potential business partners and negotiate on matters of cooperation.

The Smart Cities India 2023 Expo will be held at Pragati Maidan, one of India’s largest expo centers (Mathura Road, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, Delhi 110002).

A two-day multi-industry business mission by Russian export-oriented enterprises took place in New Delhi on October 17 and 18. 30 Russian businesses from various industry sectors held over 230 bilateral discussions with prospective partners.

Attending the plenary session that opened the mission were Trade Representative for Russia in India Aleksandr Rybas, Deputy Trade Representative for Russia in India Yevgeniy Griva, advisor to the Russian Embassy in India Aleksey Afanasyev, representative of the Russian Export Center in India Timur Vekilov, as well as leaders of Indian trade and investment enterprises, experts from customs authorities, and representatives of logistical businesses.

“This is Russia’s biggest commercial mission in the last three years. We are certain that such Russian delegations will continue their work in the future. We are anticipating our Indian partners’ follow-up visits. The Embassy will always offer help to such events, cooperating with the skilled staff of the Trade Mission,” advisor to the Russian Embassy in India Aleksey Afanasyev stated.

The business mission’s purpose is to create and strengthen commercial ties between Indian and Russian business executives. Enterprises from the forestry, chemical, culinary, oil and gas, IT, education, and other sectors participated in the mission. Russian manufacturers presented a variety of products, including athletic facilities, training games, fertilizers, gas, water, and air purification systems, musical equipment and instruments, and industrial equipment.

Russian export-oriented companies will arrive to New Delhi with a multi-industry business mission on 17 and 18 October 2022. The goal of the mission is to facilitate business liaising and partnerships between Russian and Indian businesses.

Around 30 Russian companies representing various industries, including timber, chemistry, food, oil and gas, IT, and education sectors, will take part in the business mission. They will showcase industrial machinery, fertilisers, gas, water, and air treatment systems, music equipment and musical instruments, athletic and playground equipment, educational games, etc. The business agenda of the mission includes a general session where practical issues and challenges of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and India will be discussed and individual B2B meetings. More than 200 bilateral meetings are planned during the two days of the mission.
