The CP PLUS manufacturing facility Kadappa in the state of Andhra Pradesh has been integrated with the world’s latest Fuji-made state-of-the-art technology SMT Lines and semi-Robotic Assembly & packaging Lines. All production area has been designed with ESD flooring, and a dust-free and air-conditioned environment to achieve the world’s best quality of products.

This manufacturing facility has a wide range of Reliability Test Equipment to ensure High quality of products manufactured and also to qualify for various certifications required in Tenders and by Govt. of India organizations like RDSO, AAI, PWD, Indian Navy, etc.

Mr. Aditya Khemka, Managing Director of CP PLUS expressed his intentions to further expand the production capacities of manifolds in the future. “Backed by our R&D proficiency, we have plans in action to further augment our capabilities and become many times larger than the current size to produce 6 Mn units per month in near future to make our brand more and more Atmanirbhar in order to accomplish our PM’s dream and to make India truly self-reliant.

17th June 2022: The challenge of governance is to ensure that progress reaches the remotest corners of the country. The mandis and the rural link roads connecting them are one of the most crucial assets of the state of Punjab. Historically, it has been a hard and manual process to create an inventory, track the repair, and construction of rural link roads across the state. Not to mention the update of the same records. The overall data creation, and digitization of the physical assets of mandis, and their day-to-day functioning have been difficult to bring online until now.

Punjab Mandi Board has established a GIS Command and Control Center to combat these problems, bringing a framework to the data collection on the ground, with a team of over 300 employees across Punjab, including Joint Engineers, SDOs, and nodal officers trained on the system to maintain statewide consistency.

The Punjab Mandi Board and Department of Governance Reform collaborated with the implementing agency DronaMaps and have already digitised and incorporated 110 Mandis and 24,262 rural link roads in the GIS command center. We are creating a framework where the team on the ground can collaborate on full-motion video feeds from drones to geotag areas that need repair, all on a central command and control center. To this end, with DronaMaps we have established a GIS command center at the Punjab Mandi Board office fostering innovation from within with Indian startups, says IAS Ravi bhagat, Secretary, Punjab Mandi Board.

Jasminder Pal Singh, Head of SeMT((MeitY) for Punjab highlights the objectives of the new system to “provide the department an accurate understanding of the state of roads and mandis. Over the next few months, Punjab Mandi Board plans to integrate this citizen feedback on the status of roads and with the inventory and transactions happening in Mandis as well. In addition, as most data is being collected through drones and mobile phones, it would go through automated screening procedures and manual geotagging to allow supervisors the ability to zero down in which areas the road repair work is happening effectively.”

After acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application, Dalip started his career by developing computer and mobile apps. While he had the confidence of his early youth, he lacked the experience to create a success story out of many of the business ventures he tried launching. However, he learnt important lessons from each of his failures and made it a point not to repeat his mistakes. Digital marketing, as it turned out, was the space he was destined to excel in. Apart from being the founder of TixiMedia, he also serves as the director of Henexo Technology And Marketing Private Limited.

“A lot of people get embittered after facing a lot of struggle in their lives. However, I never felt resentful about anything or anybody because of the hardships I had to go through during the early stages of my career. I feel we are responsible for our failure or success and there is no point in blaming anyone. Every time I failed, I introspected and made a note of the mistakes I made. In a lot of ways, I owe my present-day success to the failures I encountered in the past”, says the young entrepreneur.

People living in villages never had access to magazines but even the smallest village in India today has 4G connectivity. The internet has already revolutionised the marketing industry and it will grow by leaps and bounds in the times to come”.
