First Partnership in India, Collaborating Toward Future Market Growth
TOKYO, Japan – September 18, 2025 – Tenchijin Inc., a space-tech innovator transforming sustainable water infrastructure management, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Swach Environment Private Limited (“Swach”), a leading water infrastructure company in India, on July 1, 2025. Under this MOU, Tenchijin and Swach intend to pursue Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects in three locations — Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal — aimed at testing the applicability of Tenchijin’s “KnoWaterleak”, a water leakage assessment and management system, in the Indian market. The PoC initiatives are currently under consideration and will be carried out subject to government approval and support. This agreement represents Tenchijin’s first partnership in India and establishes a foundation for future business expansion in the country.
